Your order doesn’t go straight to Zambia. Instead, we first send all orders destined for Zambia to Icypeed’s offices in Johannesburg. This process happens on a weekly basis, ensuring that your products are consolidated and sent together.

3. Tracking Your Order

When we hand over your parcel to Icypeed, they issue a Waybill. We share this Waybill with you, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery. This way, you can stay updated on where your order is and when to expect it.

4. Delivery Fees

It’s important to note that the delivery fees to Zambia are handled by you, the customer. Icypeed will provide you with the total shipping cost, which is payable upon delivery. This ensures that you’re only paying for the shipping service that gets your parcel to your exact address in Zambia.

5. Receiving Your Parcel

Once your parcel arrives in Zambia, Icypeed will deliver it to the address you specified. Their team will handle the final leg of the journey, ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time.
