1. Completing Your Purchase
   Once you’ve selected your items and completed your order on our website, our team immediately begins preparing your parcel with the utmost care. Every product is packaged securely to maintain quality and presentation, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.
2. Transfer to Icypeed (Our Trusted Delivery Partner)
   Orders destined for Zambia are first consolidated and dispatched weekly from South Africa to Icypeed’s offices in Johannesburg. From there, Icypeed manages the international transfer process, coordinating the safe journey of your parcel from South Africa to Zambia.
3. Registering with Icypeed
   To receive your order in Zambia, you’ll need to register with Icypeed at icypeed.com/dashboard.  Once you’ve completed your registration and confirmed your email address, you’ll be able to log in and track your deliveries.  When your parcel is handed over to Icypeed, a Waybill Number will be issued — allowing you to track your order in real time and stay informed about every step of its journey.
4. Delivery Fees
   Please note that delivery fees to Zambia are payable by the customer directly to Icypeed.  Once your parcel has been processed, Icypeed will provide you with the total shipping cost. This amount is payable upon delivery, ensuring you only pay for the courier service that brings your order safely to your doorstep.
5. Receiving Your Parcel
   When your parcel arrives in Zambia, Icypeed will complete the final delivery to the address you’ve specified. Their professional logistics team ensures that your Kay-T Lifestyle order reaches you promptly, safely, and with care.

Delivery

At Kay-T Lifestyle, we want your fragrance experience to be effortless from start to finish. All our Perfectly Imperfect Fragrances include free delivery directly from our factory warehouse, ensuring that your order reaches you safely and affordably. Free delivery is only in South Africa.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our supplier manages high volumes of parcels, which means tracking numbers are sometimes sent after dispatch. In a few cases, customers may even receive their orders before the tracking details arrive. Rest assured, every parcel is shipped on time and with care.  Your satisfaction and trust mean the world to us.

Optional Parcel Insurance

To give you extra peace of mind, we now offer optional parcel insurance on all fragrance orders for just R25 per bottle. This insurance comes directly from our supplier and allows for quick replacements if something unexpected happens in transit — such as a lost parcel, leakage, broken spray nozzle, or damaged bottle.

If you choose to add insurance, please take a full unboxing video when opening your parcel. In the rare event that something goes wrong, this video serves as proof for a swift replacement.  No replacement will be made without the submission of this video.

Customers who opt out of insurance accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or redelivery costs.

Factory reject perfumes are authentic designer fragrances that didn’t pass a brand’s stringent quality control tests — often for small, cosmetic reasons. These may include a slightly scratched bottle, an imperfect label, a missing cap, or a box that’s been dented or printed incorrectly. Sometimes, a batch may have been stored for a little too long, causing a lighter scent or a change in colour — but never compromising the fact that it’s genuine.

Luxury perfume houses demand absolute perfection before a product reaches retail shelves. When a fragrance falls short of that flawless standard, it’s redirected to secondary markets instead of being destroyed. That’s where we step in — giving these perfectly imperfect treasures a second chance to be loved.
